12 week FTP Improvement Training Plan (£60) - a 12 week plan designed to support improving your Functional Threshold Power(FTP). You will be provided with a plan that includes 4 sessions a week and available via Today’s Plan, which you also get premium access to during your 12 weeks. Today’s Plan is a sophisticated training system and it provides analytics for athletes and integrates seamlessly with multiple platforms, e.g. Garmin, Zwift, etc.

12 week Custom Training Plan (£120) - a 12 week plan custom designed to support your specific goals. Training plan periodisation in line with your goals. You will be provided with a plan that is available via Today’s Plan, which you also get premium access to during your 12 weeks. Today’s Plan is a sophisticated training system and it provides analytics for athletes and integrates seamlessly with multiple platforms, e.g. Garmin, Zwift, etc).

Food Diary Review (£30) - Analysis of what you eat and drink each day. This will help review and understand your eating habits and how best support your goals. Combine with one of our training plans to get the most benefit.

Event Nutrition Strategy (£30) - Single event nutrition strategy guide provided to give you the best opportunity to successfully complete your event.

One Off Performance Analysis (£35)* - Review & feedback of your training to provide an objective analysis of your performance. We will use a systematic review of your training &/or races to advise; what you should do more of and less of and what you should start doing and stop doing. This can either be done during or at the end of your training plan or alternatively we can review the training &/or racing you are doing today.

1 on 1 Ride (£25/hour)** - Take a ride with a 2x Age Group Great Britain cyclist and Ironman triathlete. You choose how long you’d like to spend on the bike and we will create a route following the initial consultation. Hydration & fuelling products will be provided at the start of the ride, with optional additional stops depending on your requirements.

Group Ride (£30/hour)** - Take a ride with a 2x Age Group Great Britain cyclist and Ironman triathlete. You choose how long you’d like to spend on the bike and we will create a route following the initial consultation. Hydration & fuelling products will be provided at the start of the ride, with optional additional stops depending on your requirements. We cap the group at a max size of 12 for insurance reasons.

Skills Session (£37.50/hour)** - The skills sessions will be designed based on your requirements and could look at skills and techniques on the bike e.g. improve your handling, cornering, etc.

Every client will receive an introductory consultation review hour call/video call, to answer any questions you may have and discuss your package choice.

*If you would like us to review your activities you are doing today and have not taken up one of our plans, then there will be an additional cost of £9 to consume your data in to Today’s Plan & complete the analysis.

**Rides & Skills Session beyond a 30mile radius of Hillside Coaching Ltd will have additional travel costs applied.
