Day 1 towards 2021

As we enter September and schools go back it’s time to go back to proper training….

So what does proper training mean as a coach? It means bringing the building blocks together and setting process goals to reach the desired outcomes.

2021 calendar is largely known, with A, B & C priority races decided and a training plan in place within Today’s Plan to follow. As with all my other targets I have built mini steps along the way, to keep my motivation, as I’m a goal orientated athlete, and also help assess progress.

I’m sure many of you are currently assessing what’s next and how best to be ready for 2021, if you are looking for support, either as an experienced or new athlete we can help.
